The east and west lateral connectivity is also being improved thru the construction of Central Luzon Link Expressway. The 30-kilometer expressway will reduce travel time between Tarlac City and Cabanatuan City from 70 minutes to 20 minutes and this will benefit 11,200 motorists per day.
