3.5067 km. road with shoulder, reinforced concrete lined canal, solar lights and installation of road/traffic signages. Also includes the construction of reinforced concrete box culvert and installation of reinforced concrete pipe culverts on various locations.

Aims to provide safe, convenient and faster access road for tourists and other road users without passing through the town proper of Camalig and will decongest the heavy traffic during rush hour. The project offers a panoramic view of the Majestic Mayon Volcano.
